Assembly (New Boat Lifts & Docks)
Not sure about assembling your new equipment?  Our service providers are certified and professional and will be happy to assist you all or part of the way to assemble your dock, lift and accessories prior to delivery or at your lake site.

Barge & Water Transport: Most water transportation applications are easily achieved by our service staff with our pontoon barge.  We also have a large selection of commercial barges with independent operators to choose from when the need arises.

Commercial Docks: Designed to bring beauty, strength, functionality and have a ‘maintenance free’ longevity. Do We are experienced in helping put together dock projects of all sizes and for all purposes.  Your design will be configured with the proper engineering and specifications to make sure it is just right for the needs of your commercial site.  We service and install existing commercial docks as well. 

Courtesy Trailers: For the ‘Do It Yourself’ person, we offer courtesy trailers at NO CHARGE on all cash and carry sales of docks and boat lifts.

Insurance Appraisals (Storm Damage):
Lakeshore owner Steve Willette is highly respected among Minnesota insurance company adjusters as an expert appraiser of Docks and Boat Lifts.  Many Minnesota insurance companies call on us to quote their homeowners’ storm damaged docks and lifts.  After a personal visit and full site analysis with photos, we’ll handle your claim and process it as in an expeditious manner to quickly replace your equipment.  We’ll present all upgradable options to you at this time and do all the legwork to handle your case.  Don’t worry, we meet both your needs and the insurance company needs all at the same time…Steve’s experience in the industry has always made him the popular choice for handling appraisals.

Installation & Removal Options (Docks & Lifts):
Lakeshore’s professional and experienced service crew will install or remove all manufacturers’ docks, boat houses,  boat lifts and accessories to the customer’s specifications and if you want us to remove your waterfront equipment, we’ll follow through in the same professional respect.  Discounts are available with service contracts…check out our “Customer Perks” for more info.

Parts: Lakeshore Equipment carries the largest inventory of boat lift and dock parts.  If we don’t have it, we’ll make it!

Sales: Lakeshore Equipment is one of the largest distributors for Porta-Dock, Shoremaster and ShoreStation, the three largest manufacturers of boat docks, boat lifts and accessories in the industry.  We also represent over thirty plus other manufactures of waterfront products, accessories and specialty products.  We have a large selection of used boat lifts, docks, waterfront toys, inflatable's, and many hard to find parts.

Site Visits: Site visits are commonly done for customers who are not familiar with the lake site or have special conditions or needs. We’ll  send out a professional sales or service representative to check your shore approach, water depths and lake bottom condition in order to determine which products best fit your needs and desires.

Winter Tune Ups:
Winter is the perfect time of year to make sure your equipment is in tip top shape and SAFE for use.  Typically, our customer’s call to schedule a winter tune-up to check their boat lift structure for soundness and any wear of pulleys, cables and break pads so they can be assured all is working accurately for another safe boating season.
